Newby Foundries is a market leading iron foundry who supply and manufacture grey, ductile, ADI and alloy iron castings. Primarily our castings use the shell moulding and vacuum backed shell moulding processes but we also supply greensand and airset castings.

Shell castings are high quality in terms of surface finish, complexity and tolerance. Vacuum backed shell moulding allows larger high quality iron castings to be produced. This process is unique to Newby Foundries.

We support customers throughout the manufacturing process. Our engineers provide expert advice, ensuring the correct design, process and material is selected for your iron casting. This is backed up by years of experience, the latest simulation software and our accreditation to ISO quality control systems.
