Tolerances
As cast tolerances are held to +/-0.13 per 25mm on linear dimensions. Angular tolerances +/- 0.5’ and Flatness of 0.25 per 25mm are standard.
Surface finish
Standard surface finish achieved is between 90 and 135 CLA (2.0 – 3.3 micrometers) depending on material.

Additional information
This process provides high standards of surface finish, relatively low initial tooling costs, guaranteed repeatability and large savings against other forms of manufacture.
