Using both Shell Moulding and Snap Flask moulding processes, Thomas Pedley Foundry produces medium volume output of grey, white and white-heart malleable castings. Because of their good ductility and ease of welding, whiteheart castings are particularly useful where thin sections are required and for architectural hardware, valve control wheels, catches etc. 

PLC controlled annealing facilities are used and castings can be supplied machined or red oxide primed.
