Newby Foundries maintains strong links with various universities, research institutes and companies to bring our customers the latest in casting developments. We currently offer a rapid casting service to our customers who require cast parts, identical to series production parts but in a greatly reduced timeframe.

Using Patternless systems and rapid prototyping techniques, we can have castings ready in as little as 5 days. For testing purposes, this timeframe can allow for greater design changes at a reduced cost and allow a product to be quicker to market.

These processes allow production of small quantities and increase the potential for innovative designs which would not be possible by convention casting techniques.
